Fat is the consumption of 1000-1200 calories per day per day, of which 80-90% is fat. We break these calories into 4-5 meals, eating 200-250 calories at a time. This should last 2-4 days and nothing more.

Exceeding the time limit will put the body into starvation mode and the processing of its own protein from the muscles will begin, which we do not want at all. Maybe at the very beginning, but the body will quickly adapt and the consumption of fatty foods 4-5 times a day will lead to a strong decrease in hunger.

It is ideal to arrange a gastrointestinal tract lasting 3 days, this allows you to lose on average from 2 to 3.5 kg of fat and liquid, when you return to the usual keto diet, about 1 kg returns.

What is?

The choice is small, there should be few calories and a high fat content. Here are some examples of what 200 calories are:

* 30 g macadamia nuts or macadamia nut paste;
* 60 g cream cheese or brie cheese;
* 30 g of tuna or chicken salad, seasoned with 2 tsp. natural homemade mayonnaise, with a quarter of avocado;
* two chopped hard-boiled eggs seasoned with 2 teaspoons of natural homemade mayonnaise;
* 60 g sour cream with 2 tbsp. red or black caviar;
* 75 g of whipped heavy cream, drizzled with sucralose syrup (no calories);
* 60 g of pate (when purchasing, check the fat content indicated on the label);

Once again, I draw your attention - due to too rapid weight loss, this diet is dangerous for people who do not have significant metabolic resistance. It is intended only for those who are not affected by any of the usual diets.

After a strict dietary plan, you can try a milder option - 4 meals of 300 kcal each, for a total of 1200 calories per day, this is much easier and more enjoyable:
* 60 g beef shoulder (do not remove fat), fried in 2 tbsp. olive oil;
* Scrambled eggs from two eggs with two slices of bacon (no nitrates);
* 2 tbsp. fat sour cream, poured with 1 tbsp. sucralose syrup (no calories);
* a quarter cup of chicken or tuna salad, seasoned with 2 tbsp. natural homemade mayonnaise;
* 90 g pate (check the fat content indicated on the label);
* 45 g macadamia nuts.
