Ingredients

  • 150 g Bacon

  • 1 tbsp. l Butter

  • 150 g Cream cheese

  • 150 g Cheddar cheese

  • 50 g Butter

    butter at room temperature

  • 0.5 tsp Pepper

    optional

  • 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes

    optional

Use whatever cheese you like. If you don't eat bacon, replace it with shredded herbs, shredded Parmesan cheese, or shredded nuts. Let your imagination run wild!

Steps

Fry the bacon in butter until golden brown. Transfer from skillet to paper towel and let cool completely.

Break or chop the cooled bacon into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.

In a large bowl, use a blender to combine the remaining fat from the bacon and the rest of the ingredients.

Place a large bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Using 2 spoons, make 24 walnut-sized balls. Dip in chopped bacon and serve.
