600 gr Ground beef
1 pc Chicken egg
120 gr Mozzarella cheese
80 g Spinach (about two glasses fresh, can be replaced with frozen)
50 gr Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
1
In a medium container, mix the minced meat, egg, salt and pepper.
2
Divide the whole mixture into 8 parts (in half, then again in half each half and again). We form flat cutlets, about 1 cm thick, put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
3
Heat over medium heat in a frying pan, lay out the spinach, evaporate the liquid. Add grated mozzarella and parmesan, mix everything.
4
We take out minced meat blanks from the freezer, spread a mixture of cheeses and spinach on 4 of them, cover with the remaining minced meat blanks on top, pinch two halves of minced meat and form cutlets.
5
Fry the cutlets in the pan as usual.
To do this, heat the oil over high heat, lay out the patties, fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
